Showers and thunderstorms will increase in coverage across eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas this evening. Storms may produce heavy rainfall tonight, with a limited threat of localized flash flooding. Additionally, there is a very low chance for a strong to severe thunderstorm late tonight or early Monday morning across eastern Oklahoma. SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT... Local Spotter Activation May Be Needed. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday. MONDAY...Thunderstorm Potential. TUESDAY...No Hazards. WEDNESDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...Thunderstorm Potential. EXTENDED DISCUSSION... Rain and thunderstorm chances are expected to continue through Monday. This activity is forecast to taper off and exit by Tuesday.
